A 30 year old man reported to our dental clinic wanting to replace his missing teeth. He gave a history of having met with a road traffic accident few weeks back. On intra oral examination, upper left central and lateral incisors were avulsed completely and right central incisor was fractured. He also complained of pain in fractured tooth.
