A 21-year-old man reported to our hospital seeking to remove a patch of black, hairy skin pigmentation on his left cheek near the eye. He was very self-conscious about this unsightly appearance and wanted to remove the lesion without much scarring. Maxillofacial Surgeon Dr. S.M.
