This was a case of fractured upper front tooth due to accidental fall. The patient wanted to have fixed permanent replacement of the same.

A man reported to our dental clinic with a complaint of a recurrent lesion on the inner surface of the right cheek behind the last tooth. He gave a history of having sought treatments at many clinics elsewhere but to no avail. The lesion was soft, circular, raised and whitish in appearance. Using electrocautery, the entire soft tissue growth lesion was excised under local anaesthesia and the mucosa was sutured. The lesion was sent for histopathological testing.
