Severely curved root canal in upper anterior tooth successfully Root filled

A 20 year old girl reported to our dental clinic with the complaints of malaligned teeth and spacing due to small sized upper front tooth. We started orthodontic treatment to correct her teeth. Later the abnormally small sized upper right lateral incisor was addressed. The tooth also had severely curved root canal, but the patient very strongly refused for extraction.

Our prosthodontic and endodontic team expertly planned to save that tooth and also give her a beautiful smile. Endodontic specialist performed root canal treatment for that tooth. Severely curved apical third of root was completely sealed with flowable sealants and lateral canals were also filled completely. Using lateral condensation technique the rest of the root canal was filled. Results are shown in the post operative radiographs. Later the tooth will be covered with ceramic crown. The patient was very happy as her natural tooth was saved and restored successfully. Post operative prosthodontic results will be uploaded after fixing the crown
