A young man came to our dental clinic seeking expert treatment for his unattractive smile and mobile upper front teeth. Due to his loosened upper teeth he was unable to bite into foods and even speak properly. Also the unsightly gap between the teeth and the discolored fillings on the two front teeth that were done elsewhere, made him very conscious of his smile and he wanted to remove the teeth and get a fixed replacement.
Periodontal therapy was done to improve the gingival condition. The periodontally weak maxillary central incisors were extracted and dental implants placed in the same sockets with good retention and stability without any additional bone loss. Following complete osseointegration of the implants with the surrounding bone, cosmetically well blended ceramic crowns were fixed with good color match. This gave a natural-looking, pleasing, enhanced smile. The patient was very happy to have this complete rehabilitation that improved his smile and appearance and also he was able to bite foods well and speak easily.

A 28-year-old woman reported to our dental clinic seeking to replace her upper teeth bridge prosthesis done elsewhere. She was extremely unhappy with the prosthesis color and unnatural look. Also she wanted to replace her missing teeth.

The unsightly prosthesis for the upper teeth done elsewhere was removed and replaced with an esthetically superior prosthesis. Maxillofacial Surgeon & Implantologist Dr. S.M.
