A 26-year-old female reported to our dental clinic with a complaint of excruciating pain & continuous pus discharge in relation to the implant in her upper front tooth region, which was placed in a dental clinic elsewhere few months back. She wanted complete relief from the problem, remove the implant & replace it with a new implant.

Clinical and radiological examination revealed severe infection in relation to the implant in the upper right central incisor region that was placed elsewhere.
