Complete rehabilitation of periodontally weak teeth with dental implants

A 35 year old lady reported to our dental clinic with the complaints of mobile teeth in her upper and lower jaw for which she wants to replace it with fixed prosthesis.

Maxillofacial Surgeon and Implantologist Dr. S. M. Balaji expertly planned to extract all her periodontally weak teeth and replace it with dental implants. Total extraction was done and implants were fixed into the extraction sockets immediately with good stability and retention.

 After complete osseointegration of the implants with that of the alveolar bone, fixed ceramic prosthesis was placed to the implants which enhanced her smile and naturally well blended prosthesis improved her appearance dramatically.
