Immediately-loaded implant for replacement of upper fractured tooth

A 25-year-old man reported to our dental clinic with a complaint of fractured upper front tooth. He wanted to remove the tooth and go in for a dental implant treatment. 

Maxillofacial Surgeon & Implantologist Dr. S.M. Balaji expertly extracted the tooth and placed an implant into the same socket preserving the surrounding jaw bone.
