Successful replacement of missing teeth with implants

A 30 year old man reported to our hospital with the complaints of missing teeth in upper front region of the jaw due to an accident. He was wearing a removable denture which was very uncomfortable for him. He wanted to have fixed replacement for the same.

Maxillofacial Surgeon and Implantologist Dr. S. M. Balaji skillfully planned to replace his missing teeth with dental implants. Dental implants were placed in the missing teeth region by achieving good stability and retention. After successful osseointegration of the implants with the jaw bone, the implants were loaded with fixed crowns. The patient was happy to have fixed esthetically enhanced crowns which improved his appearance and smile.
